Refund Policy

Here at Our Movers we strive to provide the most excellent customer service for you and your move. However, We will issue a refund if a service is canceled before the service date. We charge a 20% cancellation fee. We do not provide refunds on the service after a service is complete. We do not provide a refund for the unused time, hour(s), helper(s), or number of helper(s.
