Terms and Conditions

Here at Our Movers we strive to provide the most excellent customer service for you and your move.

By the Hour: All services provided are based on an hourly payment. We charge by the hour and number of helpers. Supplies and mileage is a separate fee. If the move or service provided goes over the time or hour(s) paid for, then additional time or hour(s) may be added during the service provided. 

Payments: We do require the full payment upfront for all services provided. To add more time or hour(s) to the service provided, we require the payment upfront before completing the additional time or hour(s).

Some Day Service: we offer same day services for an additional fee of $25 per helper.

Refunds: We will issue a refund if a service is canceled before the service date. We charge a 20% cancellation fee. We will issue a refund on the service date for a 50% cancellation fee. We do not provide refunds after a service is complete. We do not provide a refund for the unused time, hour(s), helpers. 

Cancellations: A service may be canceled before the service date for a 20% cancellation fee. If a service is canceled on the day of the service date there is a 50% cancellation fee. 

Reschedule: A service date may be changed for an additional $25 fee that is due at the time of the change. 

Breakable items: Please make sure all Breakable items are protected. Bubble wrapped or in proper boxes. Example: tv boxes have the proper padding to protect a tv. Bubble wrap any glass or Breakable items. 

Damages: Our Movers or empolyees are not responsible for any damages occurred during any services that are provided. This includes personal property, personal items, inside or outside dwelling area, and or common areas.. Any damages may be reported to the customer's home owners insurance or rental insurance.

Safeload: If we provide service through moving helper, safeload coverage can be added to uhaul rental to protect any damaged items that may occur. 

Agreement: This agreement is between Our Movers and customer. By making a payment and accepting our services,  the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
